I hope this helps someone. Basically, I needed a way to model the size 12 bodices I have and I don't have people to model them for me.
The tutorial is probably way too long, way too text heavy and all kinds of other things, but I made it dammit! Other notes I didn't include the first time: The denim dress I have is size 10. It fits the size 12 bodice perfectly. I use plastic bags as a more rigid shaper to give her better curves (See her hips) I say that I'm adding a note about shoulder width, and never do! If you want adjustable shoulders, drill a 1" hole for a dowel. Attach dowels in little cubes of the furring and then you can push on shoulder extenders. I haven't made them for this model yet, but it will work. Pictures later if you want. I'm trying to figure out how to give a different small view image, so I may have to redo this. TIRED! Sleep now. |
